Tr\u00e8s vite, elle s&rsquo;aper\u00e7oit que le d\u00e9cret de 1983 qui avait permis aux femmes d\u2019\u00eatre officier ou sous-officier n\u2019\u00e9tait encore qu\u2019au d\u00e9but de son histoire. Dans un monde tr\u00e8s masculin, pas toujours tr\u00e8s accueillant envers les femmes, Florence Guillaume a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se faire une place en d\u00e9montrant par ses comp\u00e9tences et sa d\u00e9termination. Elle avait aussi dirig\u00e9 pas loin <strong>d\u2019un millier de gendarmes<\/strong>, de 2016 \u00e0 2019 en Bourgogne Franche-Comt\u00e9 \u00e0 L\u2019Ain. Ce rapport a permis de faire le constat que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re est un enjeu majeur en France. Il a \u00e9galement permis de mettre en lumi\u00e8re les facteurs contribuant \u00e0 <strong>l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re<\/strong> et les actions \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre pour y rem\u00e9dier.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce rapport a \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9 par les acteurs de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re.
