Diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tudes ont prouv\u00e9 que leur efficacit\u00e9 est comparable. Tous deux doivent r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de qualit\u00e9 et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 microbiologique d\u00e9finies par l\u2019OMS dans sa<a href=\"https:\/\/www.drivecase.fr\/conseils-prevention\/hygiene-sante\/normes-gels-hydroalcooliques\/\"> norme EN 1500 <\/a>ou la norme NF EN 14476.<br \/>L\u2019activit\u00e9 biocide portant sur les virus, les champignons ou les bact\u00e9ries est apport\u00e9e par la fraction alcoolique du produit, constitu\u00e9e soit d\u2019\u00e9thanol, soit d\u2019isopropanol.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.drivecase.fr\/conseils-prevention\/hygiene-sante\/solution-gel-hydroalcoolique-que-choisir\/\">Solutions hydroalcooliques\u00a0ou gel hydroalcooliques<\/a> (GHA) diff\u00e8rent par leur forme gal\u00e9nique, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire leur texture : le SHA a une consistance fluide et liquide, alors que le GHA une consistance visqueuse et \u00e9paisse.<br \/>Il est donc important de les diff\u00e9rencier car l\u2019activit\u00e9 d\u2019un d\u00e9riv\u00e9 alcoolique est fonction de son temps de contact sur la peau des mains.<br \/>Plus un produit est liquide et riche en alcool, plus il s\u2019\u00e9vapore rapidement, plus le temps de contact est diminu\u00e9, plus son action est potentiellement faible.<\/p><p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, on peut dire que le <strong>gel hydroalcoolique<\/strong> a au moins deux avantages sur le SHA :<br \/>&#8211; sa consistance visqueuse fait qu\u2019il est plus facile \u00e0 doser sur la main, d\u2019o\u00f9 moins de gaspillage ;<br \/>&#8211; sa p\u00e9n\u00e9tration n\u00e9cessite de bien se masser les mains, ce qui permet d\u2019avoir un rep\u00e8re pour savoir si la dur\u00e9e de d\u00e9sinfection est correcte.<br \/>On peut consid\u00e9rer que lorsque le gel hydroalcoolique ne fait plus sentir sa sensation visqueuse, le produit a \u00e9t\u00e9 frictionn\u00e9 suffisamment longtemps et est donc actif.<br \/>Le solut\u00e9 alcoolique est plus tra\u00eetre, dans ce sens o\u00f9 il s\u2019\u00e9vapore spontan\u00e9ment, sans m\u00eame Il faut donc un s\u00e9chage minutieux, car l\u2019humidit\u00e9 peut rester jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 minutes dans les couches corn\u00e9es de l\u2019\u00e9piderme.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section potentiellement souill\u00e9 par un virus ;<br \/>-toutes les 1 \u00e0 2 heures si l\u2019on se trouve dans une zone consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme \u00e0 risque (type supermarch\u00e9 ou transports en commun).<br \/>-quand on rentre dans une zone consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme saine, comme son bureau ou son appartement, pour ne pas y ramener de microorganismes (virus, bact\u00e9ries, champignons pathog\u00e8nes).<br \/>Apr\u00e8s 4 \u00e0 5 utilisations de gel hydro-alcoolique, un nettoyage des mains au savon est en plus conseill\u00e9, juste avant d\u2019appliquer le gel ou la solution
