surtout de calculer le taux de responsabilit\u00e9 de chacun des conducteurs, afin de calculer leur indemnisation. Ce dernier va se baser sur ce document pour calculer le taux de responsabilit\u00e9 de chacune des personnes impliqu\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;accident.<\/p><p>A la signature de votre contrat d\u2019assurance automobile, votre assureur doit vous remettre un exemplaire de ce constat amiable. Ce dernier peut vous en fournir d\u2019autres \u00e0 la demande. Il est pr\u00e9conis\u00e9 d&rsquo;en d\u00e9tenir toujours un dans votre v\u00e9hicule. Nombre d\u2019assureurs proposent notamment leur propre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.drivecase.fr\/33-constat-amiable-personnalise\">constat amiable personnalis\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p><p>NB\u00a0:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>il n&rsquo;existe pas de document officiel de constat. Il faut que toutes les coordonn\u00e9es apparaissent, ainsi qu\u2019un sch\u00e9ma explicatif). Le constat doit \u00eatre valid\u00e9 par les deux conducteurs pour \u00eatre valable. Une fois que le premier c\u00f4t\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9 et sign\u00e9 par les deux parties, vous ne devez plus rien y \u00e9crire.<\/p><p>Chaque assur\u00e9 garde un exemplaire du constat apr\u00e8s avoir parachev\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re page commune. Le verso de la page (c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u00e9claration) peut \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9 ult\u00e9rieurement par chacun des conducteurs.<\/p><p>Pour information, un mode d&#8217;emploi est incorpor\u00e9 au\u00a0<em><strong>constat \u00e0 l\u2019amiable<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p><p>Astuce\u00a0: \u00a0pensez \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter d&rsquo;avance la premi\u00e8re partie (A) du constat avec vos donn\u00e9es et celles de votre assurance. Essayez d&rsquo;obtenir le t\u00e9moignage de personnes qui ont pu assister \u00e0 l&rsquo;accident ou l&rsquo;intervention d&rsquo;un agent de l\u2019Etat (Police ou Gendarmerie). Si vous voyez des t\u00e9moins, demandez-leurs coordonn\u00e9es afin qu&rsquo;ils puissent \u00eatre recontact\u00e9s par la suite. Notez alors dans le <strong>constat amiable en ligne<\/strong> le refus de l&rsquo;autre conducteur dans la partie \u00ab\u00a0Observations\u00a0\u00bb du document. Dans le cas o\u00f9 l\u2019autre conducteur prendrait la fuite apr\u00e8s l\u2019accident, notez la plaque d&rsquo;immatriculation et pr\u00e9venez les autorit\u00e9s pour signaler les faits et porter plainte pour d\u00e9lit de fuite.<\/p><p><strong>Informer votre assurance et lui transmettre le constat<\/strong><\/p><p>Vous devez transmettre ce document compl\u00e9t\u00e9 et sign\u00e9 \u00e0 votre assureur, dans les 5\u00a0jours (ouvr\u00e9s), apr\u00e8s le sinistre.
