Et quels sont les signes\u00a0auxquels il faut pr\u00eater attention ?<\/p><p>La sensation de fatigue est la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 rester concentr\u00e9. Le fait de somnoler entra\u00eene des p\u00e9riodes de \u00ab micro-sommeils \u00bb (durant de 1 \u00e0 4 secondes) pouvant \u00eatre extr\u00eamement dangereuse pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de tous et \u00eatre la cause de nombreux accidents de la route.<\/p><p>La fatigue et la <strong>somnolence<\/strong> sont des \u00e9tats biologiques que nous ne pouvons en aucun cas surmonter ou compenser, m\u00eame avec toute notre volont\u00e9, notre exp\u00e9rience ou notre motivation, il est impossible de lutter contre la somnolence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div 8\u00a0!<\/p><p>La <strong>somnolence au volant<\/strong> est la premi\u00e8re cause de mortalit\u00e9 et d\u2019accident sur l\u2019autoroute.<\/p><p>De 2009 \u00e0 2013, la fatigue a \u00e9t\u00e9 en cause dans 21 % du taux de mortalit\u00e9 au volant et dans 23 % de l\u2019ensemble des accidents de la route avec pr\u00e9judices corporels.<\/p><p>Plus de 95 d\u00e9c\u00e8s et 9 227 personnes bless\u00e9s sont recens\u00e9s sur la route chaque ann\u00e9e comme \u00e9tant d\u00fb \u00e0 la fatigue.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div signes de <strong>somnolence<\/strong> sont multipli\u00e9s par 3 ou 4, et plus la vitesse est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus les cons\u00e9quences sont d\u00e9sastreuses en cas d\u2019accident.<\/p><p>De nombreuses \u00e9tudes r\u00e9v\u00e8lent aussi qu\u2019en dormant seulement\u00a05 \u00e0 6 heures, le risque d\u2019accident mortel est le m\u00eame qu\u2019une personne qui a 0,8 g\/l d\u2019alcool dans le sang. Et pour 4 heures de sommeil : le risque d\u2019accident est alors multipli\u00e9, avec un \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 1,2 et 1,5 grammes par litre de sang.
