Un v\u00e9ritable challenge unique en son genre dont l\u2019objectif est de parcourir le plus de kilom\u00e8tres lors de trajets \u00e0 v\u00e9lo au cours du mois de mai. !<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element v\u00e9lo, dont la FUB (F\u00e9d\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise des Usagers de la Bicyclette), l\u2019Union Sport &amp; Cycle, le Club des Villes et des Territoires Cyclables ainsi que l\u2019Association Fran\u00e7aise des V\u00e9loroutes et Voies Vertes.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p><strong>Mai \u00e0 V\u00e9lo<\/strong> est ouvert \u00e0 toutes les entit\u00e9s souhaitant mobiliser leurs communaut\u00e9s\u00a0: collectivit\u00e9s, associations, entreprises, \u00e9tablissements scolaires\u2026\u00a0L\u2019objectif est de r\u00e9aliser le plus de kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 v\u00e9lo pour faire gagner sa propre structure. L\u2019exercice physique r\u00e9gulier favorise la lib\u00e9ration d\u2019endorphine, hormone du plaisir, entra\u00eenant alors une meilleure forme, un sommeil r\u00e9parateur ainsi qu\u2019un renforcement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire et \u00e0 terme une augmentation de l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>En ville, c\u2019est le moyen de transport le plus rapide, notamment en comparaison avec la voiture et les transports en commun. Il est donc possible de calculer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment son temps de trajet, peu importe la m\u00e9t\u00e9o ou s\u2019il y a des embouteillages. De plus, utiliser le v\u00e9lo en ville s\u2019av\u00e8re bien plus pratique au niveau du stationnement qu\u2019une voiture.<\/li><li>Encore un avantage \u00e0 la pratique du v\u00e9lo\u00a0: ce mode de transport propre favorise l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.drivecase.fr\/conseils-prevention\/securite-velo\/ecomobilite-trottinette-velo\/\">\u00e9comobilit\u00e9<\/a> et agit en faveur de la pr\u00e9servation de l\u2019environnement. \u00e0 une multitude de profils\u00a0: usage quotidien, loisir, sport, tourisme\u2026 C\u2019est aussi l\u2019occasion d\u2019en profiter pour faire du v\u00e9lo en famille ou entre amis et de sortir
